Torden’s financial analysts provide expert assistance in the planning, programming, budgeting, and resourcing of our clients’ global programs. We recommend sound, implementable resourcing strategies and courses of action designed to ensure that mission-critical programs and organizations are financially sound now and in the future.
Torden is looking for financial professionals with the following areas of expertise:
Manage, plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of projects ranging from accounting and budget to financial management. Project Managers guide the project from concept development through final delivery; ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within budget. Coordinate and integrate the entire staff; and assume overall responsibility for an effort’s the success.
Financial or Operating Accountants:
Apply accounting principles, standards and theories to assist management in making informed decisions, solve complex problems, and help managers improve performance in accordance with applicable regulations.
Must be familiar with Federal and commercial generally accepted accounting principles, and have the ability to apply them in various accounting systems and understand how data can be captured and analyzed in various environments.
Develop program plans and policy in response to national and defense guidance and translate these into program priorities and initiatives. Program Analysts identify and analyze alternative proposals for meeting intelligence needs and assure all aspects are fully considered.
Follow statutory requirements to assist in budget formulation, execution, analysis, problem resolution, program build briefings, performance measures tracking and benchmarking and development of budget descriptions and justifications.
Assess and improve financial management processes, financial reporting and analysis, and strategic financial planning. Financial Managers devise and implement performance measures, conduct special cost studies, perform actuarial services, perform economic and regulatory analysis, assist with financial quality assurance efforts, and perform benchmarking.
Prepare independent cost estimates, develop life cycle cost estimates and analyses, and perform cost benefit and economic evaluations of current or projected programs. Cost Analysts collect cost and technical data, develop cost estimating methods to include modeling and statistical analysis and develop cost instructions and policies/procedures.
- Candidates must possess a Top Secret clearance granted within the past five years
- No breaks in service greater than 24 months
- Ability to be granted eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
- Pass a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph (CSP)
