Prior to her time at Torden, Mrs. Theodoss was the Director of Recruiting and Chief of Staff at L-3 Communications, also known as Titan Corporation prior to the L-3 acquisition, in Reston, VA for the US Army Intelligence and Security Command’s largest language contract from 2003 – 2006. This coordination allowed for Titan/L-3 to vet 100s of linguists weekly and qualify on average 50 linguists a week to deploy to the CRC in 2003 – 2004. In addition to the recruiting efforts, Kay provided management support to the Program Manager for this $4.6B language services contract as the Chief of Staff.
